The RAD experience

"RAD is radical. The pit stops were fun and we learned a lot." Holly and Alex, students

"I believe that a program like "Racing Against Drugs", that complements classroom instruction so effectively and memboraly can be a powerful and positive influence for children as they make their living choices virtually day to day." - D. M. Milgram, principal

"It is called Racing Against Drugs but it could have easily been called Pumped for Fun! In the nine years that I have been attending school field trips this is one that I know the students (and myself) got the most out of. Not only was it a lot of fun but the unbelievable level of enthusiasm that every volunteer had kept each of us highly motivated and participating at each pit stop". Cathy S., parent

"The students have fun while they are learning" - R.T. Malowney, former Director of Education

"An event that educates our youth about drug and substance abuse while providing healthy alternatives is a winning combination." S. Santoni, Manager of Royal Bank

"a most effective and relevant curriculum supplement", teacher

"I had a very good time at RAD. It was fun. I went with my dad and he said it was great. He can't wait until my brother is in grade 5." Jacquie, student
